Introduction:ZF series vacuum pump station (again named vacuum generating device, vacuum negative station) is a system by one or two sets water ring vacuum pumps as the equipment for obtaining vacuum and the vacuum tank for storing vacuum. For the vacuum source is required constantly and the suction amount is not required too large, the system can save more energy than to use the pump directly and increase its lifetime.The device can provide the vacuum source for the national large and medium hospitals. It is widely used as the vacuum station in chemical, pharmaceutical industrial, or the canning system in light industry, or the negative pressure molding of the rubber object in automobile area, or the soakage of flammable resistance transmission in mine coal, or the vacuum source of foundry etc.

During its working process, the vacuum around the system always goes up and down within the allowed scope, its waving range can adjusted according to the customer’s demand.2. The device can finish automatic control without anyone operation and can close the system automatically during power outage.3.  Operational principle:

First set the highest and lowest vacuum limit of the vacuum system (EX: set the highest limit is -0.08MPa, set the lowest limit is -0.06MPa).when the system starts, one of the vacuum pump starts to work till the vacuum in the tank is higher than -0.08MPa, then the pump automatically stops and the vacuum automatic cut-off by the vacuum non-return valve. As work requirements as a result of the vacuum falls below -0.06MPa, another pump starts automatically till the vacuum reaches to -0.08MPa.So the repeated automatically operation to keep the vacuum always between the highest and the lowest value .If the suction amount is required greater, or the vacuum in the tank is below the lowest value for a period, so a single vacuum pump can not exceed the lowest limit and another pump will automatically start till the vacuum above the highest limit.
