Reaction kettles include reactors, reaction kettles, decomposition kettle, polymerizing pot etc. which are widely used in chemical engineering, light industry, dyes, medical, dyes, military industry and bio-engineering. We can produce 500L~30000L reaction kettles which are made from stainless steel304,316L etc. Reactor feature fast heating, good resistance to high temperature and corrosion, non-pollution and easy use. They are widely used in petroleum, chemical engineering, rubbers, pesticides, dyes, medicines and food.

 4.Heat preservation material 

  the vessel adopts high-temperature resistant and anti-aging polyurethane blister,pearl cotton,or others.5.Joints adopt international general ISO package chuck, inner container adopts stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304, internal surface is polished to Ra≤ 0.20um, and external surface is mirror polished, sand blasting or cold-rolled nature-color surface polishing. All is in accordance with GMP medical standards. Relevant GMP/Pressure vessel testing data can be attached in the machine(Including material report, external components certificate of quality etc).
